Gym fee chart maker
Make a gym fee chart in your browser. Add your plans and prices, pick a style, and download a square image for WhatsApp status or an A4 poster for the wall.
Enter your gym name, up to six plans with their prices, and pick a style. The chart updates as you type. Press Download PNG to save a square image for WhatsApp status or an A4 poster for the wall. It runs in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
How to use it
- Gym name and tagline. The name is the biggest text on the poster. The tagline is optional and sits under it in a smaller size.
- Plans. For each plan add a name (Monthly, Quarterly), a duration (3 months) and a price. Tick Popular on the plan you most want members to pick. Only one plan can be popular, and it is highlighted on the chart.
- Admission fee and offer line. Both are optional. The offer line gets its own coloured bar at the bottom, so keep it short, such as a festival offer or a last date.
- Style. Three styles: Ink is dark, Paper is light and Royal is a blue with orange. Pick the one that reads best on the screen or wall where it will hang.
- Format. Square is 1080 x 1080 pixels, the shape WhatsApp status and Instagram handle well. A4 portrait is 1240 x 1754 pixels, which prints sharply on a normal A4 sheet.
Tips for a chart people read
- Keep plan names to one or two words. Long names are shrunk to fit and get harder to read.
- Show the duration in the same words your front desk uses, so members hear the same thing on the poster and at the counter.
- Do not put more offers on the poster than you can honour. One clear line works better than three.
- Print the A4 version in colour at 100% scale, and stand back about two metres to check you can read the prices.
Not sure what to charge
Work the prices out first with the membership price calculator. It gives you a 1, 3, 6 and 12 month ladder with per-month cost and saving, and you can type the results straight into this chart. The two tools are separate, so nothing carries over by itself.
After the poster
A poster brings people in, but keeping them paying on time is a separate job. Read how to word a polite fee reminder message, or see how Varzish Mate handles fee reminders.
Questions and answers
Is the gym fee chart maker free?
Yes. There is no sign up and no watermark beyond a small 'Made with Varzish Mate' line in the bottom corner.
Can I write my gym name in Hindi?
Yes. Names, plans, taglines and offer lines can all be in Hindi or English. The text is drawn in your browser's own fonts, so Devanagari shows as you typed it.
Which size should I download?
Use the square 1080 x 1080 image for WhatsApp status, Instagram and group messages. Use the A4 portrait image to print for the wall or reception desk.
Do you keep my prices or my poster?
No. The poster is drawn and saved in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to our servers.
How many plans fit on one chart?
Up to six. More than that makes the poster hard to read from a distance.
