Where Varzish Mate is stronger
- Check-in with no hardware. Print the QR poster and members scan it with their own phones, type their number and are marked in. Nothing to buy, install or maintain. If a member's plan ends within 7 days, the page tells them as they check in. - Start the same day, no call, 30 days free. You sign in with a phone OTP, add plans and members and begin, with no card. Easy Gym Software starts with a demo and offers no self-serve trial.
- Prices on the page before you talk to anyone. Every plan and what it includes is on our pricing page. Their FAQ says the plan depends on gym size, members and locations, so a quote comes through a demo.
- Reminders you control. The app lists who is due and writes the message in English or Hindi. You choose per reminder type: open your own WhatsApp with the text filled in (your number, your wording), or let Varzish Mate send it automatically within your plan's credits. Nothing is sent automatically unless you set it to Auto.
- Trainers never see money. Trainers cannot open the money screen, setup, export or billing. Their pages mention role-based access but do not describe money rules.
- Workout routines the club can hand over. Build a day-by-day template with sets and reps from an exercise library that takes your own exercises, assign it to a member, and share it as a PDF with your gym's letterhead and the member's name. Fee reminders: the part most small gyms care about
A gym with 150 members and a 3-month plan has someone late almost every week. Varzish Mate lists who is due, writes the message and, as you choose, opens your own WhatsApp with it filled in or sends it automatically. With your own WhatsApp you tap send and members see a message from the number they already know.
Easy Gym Software describes WhatsApp automation for reminders and renewal nudges. That is more hands-off than ours. Whether hands-off is better depends on how much you want to review before a message goes out.

Easy Gym Software. Easy Gym Software's biometric page lists fingerprint, face recognition and RFID access tied to membership status. Varzish Mate has QR check-in that members do on their own phones, with no hardware, but it does not open or lock a door, so a gym that wants the door to open by itself should choose them.
Does Varzish Mate need readers or scanners for check-in?
No. Members scan a printed QR with their own phone camera, type their phone number and are marked in. There is nothing to install or wire. The trade is that it marks attendance and does not control a door.
Does Easy Gym Software send reminders in Hindi?
We did not find Hindi mentioned on the pages we read on the day we checked. Their site does describe WhatsApp reminders and renewal nudges. Varzish Mate drafts reminders in English or Hindi, and you either tap send from your own WhatsApp or let it send automatically.
