Yoga studio management software for Indian studios
Yoga studio management software should answer four questions without a notebook: who is in which batch, who came this week, who has paid, and who needs a reminder. Varzish Mate does this for a batch-based studio. You set up your batches and timings, add monthly or term plans, tap attendance at the start of class, and send fee reminders from your own WhatsApp, or let them go out automatically, to the number saved on each student's record. PDF receipts go out the same way.
Sign in with your phone number and add your first batch today. The first 30 days are free with no card, and your students install nothing.
How a batch-based studio runs here
A typical studio has a 6 am batch, a 7:30 am batch, a 6 pm batch and a weekend batch. In Varzish Mate you set up each batch with its days, its time and the instructor who takes it. Then every student record sits against the batch they attend.

Plans for monthly and term fees
Most studios charge one fee for a month, another for three months, and a discount for the year. You enter these once as membership plans, with the duration and the amount. When a student joins or renews, you pick the plan, collect by cash, UPI or card, and the end date is set for you.

A 3-month plan for a student who started on the 5th ends on the 5th three months later. You do not count on a calendar.
Student records
Adding a student is a short three-step flow: name and phone, dates and fee, payment. After that, every student has one record with five tabs: Overview, Payments, Attendance, Workout and History. The payment history, the attendance and your past dues for that student are in the same place.

The list has filters for active students, students who owe, students about to expire and students who have gone quiet. On a Monday you open it and see who needs a call.
Attendance for yoga batches
Students scan the QR poster as they walk into the studio and type their phone number. The visit is saved on that student's record, and the Attendance tab shows a calendar for the month. If someone forgets their phone, you or an instructor opens check-in, searches the name and taps once.

A student who says she came every week can be checked against the calendar. A student who has not appeared for three weeks shows up under Gone quiet, before the plan ends and before the renewal conversation gets awkward.
Fee reminders for yoga studios
Chasing fees is where studio owners lose the most time. Varzish Mate finds who is overdue by 3, 7 or 14 days, or whose plan ends in 7 days or today. It drafts the message in English or Hindi and opens your WhatsApp with the text already written. You read it and tap send, or set that reminder type to Auto and Varzish Mate sends it within your plan's monthly credits.

A message you send from your own number gets read. The draft in Ask me mode uses wording like this:
Hi Meera, your 3-month yoga plan ended on 5 October. To keep your 6 am batch, you can renew by UPI or at the studio. Thank you.

Receipts and money
When a student pays, you can share a PDF receipt on WhatsApp straight from the phone. The Money tab shows what you collected this month, what is pending, your expenses and the split by plan and by payment method. You can export the ledger as CSV for your accountant.
The money screens are for the owner only. An instructor you add as a trainer cannot see them. That matters in a studio where the person teaching your 6 am batch is not the person who should see your income.
What you pay
You get 30 days free, with no card. A studio with a few dozen students fits the Starter tier, which covers up to 500 members and 3 staff, at ₹6,999 for 12 months, plus 18% GST. That is ₹19 a day. Every tier has every feature; tiers differ only by the number of members and staff.
Start with one batch
You do not need to move the whole studio in one evening. Add the morning batch, add its students, mark today's attendance and send one reminder. If that feels lighter than your notebook, add the rest. You can also look at the free tools for owners before you decide.
Questions and answers
Can I set up my morning and evening yoga batches?
Yes. You create batches with days, times and the trainer who runs them, for example a 6 am batch and a 6 pm batch.
Does it handle class booking or a waitlist?
No. Varzish Mate has no class booking, seat limits, waitlists or drop-in passes. It runs the roster, fees and attendance for studios where students belong to a batch and pay a monthly or term fee.
Can my instructors see how much the studio earns?
No. Instructors added as trainers get members, workouts and check-in. Money, studio setup, export and billing stay with the owner.
Do fee reminders go out automatically?
The app finds who is due and drafts the message in English or Hindi. By default it opens your own WhatsApp with the text filled in, and you tap send. You can set a reminder type to Auto, and Varzish Mate sends it within your plan's monthly credits.
Does my student need to install anything?
No. Students pay no fee and install nothing. You do the work on your phone or on the web console at app.varzishmate.com.
How much does it cost?
You can try it free for 30 days with no card. After that, plans start at {{price tier=starter term=12}} for 12 months, plus 18% GST.
