How to make a gym fee receipt
- Type your gym name. Add a logo if you have one; the file is read on your device and is not uploaded.
- Enter the member's name, the plan (for example "3 months") and the period it covers.
- Enter the amount, pick cash, UPI or card, and set the payment date.
- Add a receipt number if you keep a running count. Leave it blank if you do not.
- Choose how to send it.
The amount also prints in words, for example "Rupees One Thousand Eight Hundred only". Members and accountants look for that line.
PNG, PDF or WhatsApp
PNG is a picture you can send on WhatsApp as an image or keep in a folder. It is drawn from your text, so Hindi names come out as typed.
PDF goes through the browser's print dialog. The page has a print layout that shows only the receipt, so choose Save as PDF as the printer and save. That is the same way you save any web page as a PDF.
WhatsApp opens a chat window with the receipt as plain text: gym, member, amount, method, plan, period and receipt number. No number is chosen, so you pick the member and tap send.
What a payment receipt is, and is not
This is a payment receipt: proof that a member paid you a sum on a date for a plan. If you type a GSTIN, it is printed on the receipt, and the receipt adds a line saying it is not a tax invoice. A tax invoice has its own required fields and tax breakup, and the rate depends on your registration. Check with your CA before you issue one.

Questions and answers
What should a gym fee receipt show?
The gym name, the member's name, the amount paid, how it was paid (cash, UPI or card), the date, and what the money was for: the plan and the period. A receipt number helps when a member asks about an old payment. This tool also prints the amount in words, which makes a figure harder to change by hand.
Is this receipt a GST invoice?
No. It is a payment receipt. If you enter your GSTIN it is printed on the receipt, but the document is still called a payment receipt and says it is not a tax invoice. If you charge GST and need a tax invoice, ask your CA for the format you must use.
Is my logo or my member's data uploaded?
No. The page runs in your browser. The logo is read on your device and drawn into the receipt, and nothing you type is sent to a server. Close the tab and it is gone.
How do I save the receipt as a PDF?
Press Save as PDF. Your browser's print dialog opens with only the receipt on the page. Choose Save as PDF as the printer, then save. On a phone, use Share or Print from the browser menu and pick the PDF option.
Can I write the member's name in Hindi?
Yes. The preview, the PNG and the WhatsApp text all keep Devanagari names as typed.
